Music

By the time our children leave Little Leigh Primary School they will be confident, enthusiastic musicians. They build strong musical knowledge and skills by exploring a variety of styles, time periods and traditions from around the world. Singing and playing instruments together helps them grow in confidence and enjoy performing. Our enquiry-based curriculum is designed to spark curiosity, develop creativity and help children make joyful musical memories that stay with them. We also value sharing music with others—our children take part in performances and events that bring the school and wider community together through the joy of music.
